Shipping fees are calculated after you input your shipping information on the checkout page. $10 packing fee is added to each order. Once your order is complete, items are insured and shipped within 3 days. Any special requests, questions, or concerns? Contact us via email at info@embrace.gallery.

  • 3 Day Select (UPS)
  • 2nd Day Air (UPS)

Returns and Refunds (returns must be requested within two weeks of delivery)

We offer full refunds of the purchase price if art arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Call 803-443-8526 or email info@embrace.gallery within two weeks of delivery to request a return.

Damaged Packages: Packing and damage must be documented. Please take well lit and clear photographs of the damaged item in the packaging and then photograph the item and the package separately. Save the packaging until the insurance claim has been accepted. Call 803-443-8526 or email info@embrace.gallery to report any damaged deliveries.

Unhappy for Any reason: It can be difficult to envision art in your space. That is why we offer full refunds of the purchase price for any reason. You must request a return within two weeks of delivery. If you think you may be returning your purchase, SAVE YOUR PACKAGING. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unless that packaging is damaged and unusable. Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Refunds will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned package.
